Our innovative construction approach allows us to deliver homes that are faster to build, highly efficient, and uncompromising in quality.We are committed to developing skilled tradespeople and offering hands‑on experience across all stages of residential modular construction, from framing to finishing.Become part of a team that values craftsmanship, safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.About the RoleAs an Apprentice Carpenter, you will work under the guidance of qualified carpenters and supervisors to support the construction and assembly of modular homes while completing your Certificate III in Carpentry.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the assembly and installation of timber framing, wall panels, floors, and roof structuresSupport internal carpentry tasks including installing doors, windows, skirting boards, architraves, and finishing componentsMeasure, cut, and prepare timber and building materialsUse hand tools and power tools safely under supervisionAssist in general workshop and site preparation, including materials handlingMaintain cleanliness and follow all workplace health & safety requirementsWork collaboratively with the carpentry and production teamsComplete all apprenticeship training requirements and progress through designated courseworkDevelop strong trade skills through hands on, practical learningOur Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:Has a genuine interest in carpentry and residential constructionIs eager to learn and develop practical trade skillsDemonstrates reliability, strong work ethic, and a positive attitudeCan follow instructions and take feedback constructivelyHas good communication skills and attention to detailIs punctual, dependable, and committed to producing quality workmanshipEssential RequirementsCurrent Construction Induction White Card (or willingness to obtain before starting)Valid Driver’s Licence or reliable transportEligibility to enrol in a Certificate III in Carpentry AUD Australia - WA Northam & Wheatbelt Northam 6401
